I am wondering that if guru nanak dev g was against people fooling others with there so-called supernatural powers then why do we believe that he himself did so many supernatural things like rotation of mecca with his feet, stopping big stone with hand and many more. Aren’t we disobeying him by believing in these stories?

Guru Nanak didn’t do miracles to build their own fame or fool anyone. Their sole mission was to help these people realise God.

When someone is boiling in rage or filled with ego and pride how can they receive updesh (teaching). There were people with so many supernatural powers they thought they were God - that’s why Guru Ji used chamatkaar. Once the person realised their power is not equal to Guru Nanak, then they fell on Guru Ji’s feet with humbleness and were ready to receive the spiritual teaching.

Imagine if you were school teacher and your student refuses to accept you are  knowledgeable teacher. They refuse to even sit and listen to your lesson. How can you teach such person? Once the student is humble enough to respect their teacher the teacher shares the knowledge
