Both of these were born in England, parents from Africa and they likely identify much more with India than England

Since RIshi is married to an actual Indian, he would be a good agent for GOI abroad

how do we know shes under rss?  i know they use her for indias official visits and stuff

Boris Johnson has got Michael Gove in his cabinet as well. And Michael Gove shafted him in the leadership contest when Theresa May became PM.

I guess it is about keeping your enemies closer.
