Can someone please find me any source, article or any writing by gursikhs based on importance of sucham? I searched everywhere and already asked damdami taksal as well and they are going to look for it as well. Please see if you can find anything that I can share with extremely  large group of Sikh community.

I know but why not start with basics.

There is no article which covers both merit/demerit, physical/spiritual.

Gurbani quotes in favour versus those against.

So rather than posting an article go for series of write ups.
