It is more of a marriage of convenience. Both sides are using each other against the Hindus. Muslims want  either of the 2 things. Either they want Sikhs to help them when they start their Ghazwa or they want Sikh neutrality because they know on their own Hindus cannot face the Muslims in battle.

 A nice bazurg nihang Singh told me couple of years back that in near future, Sikhs will help Muslims to fight against Indian state and Khalistan will be formed.

IF we only we KNEW how to be damn netural and not jump on every bandwagon but apne cant grasp that...this is why we are spineless kaum...not sure what is it going to take for us to realize nobody NOBODY stands up for the Sikhs...we have NO FRIENDS... they all exploit us...if we spent much time learning sikhi, learning our history, gurbani, learning martial arts, learn from successful communities like Jews how they succeed,  then we do pandering to other for clout, political points maybe we would get somewhere...but nahhh why should we think that

i like your fiery-ness and passion for sikh matters  lol      its not something you see among many punjabi females 

but yh   we have no national/country identity of our own  so are busying ourselves with other people political matters     this homelessness has got us drawn into other peoples problems    

im neither for or against the idea of our own homeland    but if we did have one we wouldn't be meddling in other peoples problems.

That does seem plausible. If you study the geo political situation things are going in that direction. Our Mahapursh have also prophesized things will get very bloody in future in the indo pak sub continent.
