ਤਿਲਾਨਾ ||

ਰਾਜਨ ਮੋ ਰਾਜਨ ਮਹਾਰਾਜਨ ਦੇਵਨ ਦੇਵ ਦੇਵੇਸ ਸੁਰਾਨੀ ||

Out of all the Kings, the Greatest King, along with greatest God of Gods, Indra -

ਛਤ੍ਰਿਨ ਮੋ ਛਤ੍ਰੀਪਤਿ ਮਾਹੁਰ ਬਿਪ੍ਰਨ ਮੋ ਦਿਜਵਰ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨੀ ||

The Master Warrior of all the Warriors, and the greatest of Brahmins from all the respectable Brahmins

ਨਾ ਜਾਨੀ ਹੋ ਹਰੀ ! ਨਾ ਜਾਨੀ ||

[Even they] Do not know you Hari, they do not know you !

ਗ੍ਯਾਨਿਨ ਮੋ ਗ੍ਯਾਨੀ ਵਡ ਊਤਮ ਜੋਗਿਨ ਮੋ ਵਡ ਜੋਗ ਧ੍ਯਾਨੀ ||

The great and highest Wise-man of all the Wise Men [Gyanis], and Yogi, with the highest concentration, out of all the Yogis.

ਮੋਨਿਨ ਮੋ ਕਪਲ ਮੁਨਿ ਸ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਟ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੁ ਮੋ ਗੁਰੁ ਨਾਨਕ ਗ੍ਯਾਨੀ ||

Even the highest Muni [sage], Kapal, who was the greatest of all the silent sages; [yet] out of all these Satigurus [True Teachers] Guru Nanak is the Wisest !

ਜਾਨੀ ਹੋ ਹਰੀ ! ਏ ਜਾਨੀ !

Guru Nanak knows Hari ! He Knows !
