This isn't the first time Sikhs have done more than their share. The thing is, no matter how much the Sikhs do there is zero appreciation from other Indians whether it is Hindus, Muslims or Christians. ਇਹਨਾਂ ਲਈ ਜਿਨਾਂ ਮਰਜੀ ਕਰਲੋ, ਪਰ ਪੈਣੀਆਂ ਜੁੱਤੀਆਂ ਹੀ ਨੇ ਸਾਨੂੰ।

Sirsa is a moorakh. He acts as though it is our Farz/duty to give to the government of India and give food to others. Sikhs are under no obligation to do all this.

Langar has always been for devotees at the Gurdwara. The modern Langar movement as we know it today was started a 100 years ago by Baba Nidhan Singh Hazur Sahib Wale. But even he did it for Sikh Yatris going to and from Hazur Sahib. Today's SJW Sikhs have taken Langar out of it's original context.
