We've had Polish immigration in the UK for a few number of years now, and it's always intrigued me how a considerable number of them use the UK purely for generating wages and salaries which they take back home with them once they've become sick to the back teeth of English life. They genuinely love their home country and culture. Apne would rather commit suicide than entertain the notion of making their money and going back. Poland in 20 years, arguably due to Anglo cash, has come on leaps and bounds. But I guess there needs to be a foundation of sorts present. Punjab just continues to go backwards where it counts, yet polishes a turd when it comes to superficial rubbish.

Yup I know about this. Many people from eastern euro countries come to western europe for jobs and then go back after sometime. Also they know the reality of western countries as in alot of apne back home think that we all live like kings in western countries from watching the punjabi media which shows nothing other than materialistic things.

One part of the reason many Polish have returned is that for every pound earned translated to 7 zlotys and now it is like 4 zlotys.

They've constructed some amazing houses back in their villages and cities, lol.

Like a lot of these former communist countries, they were 2nd world countries rather than 1st world.

They had a lot of infrastructure in place. 

So it is probably more likely that their standard of living probably with opportunities  has been risen enough to entice people back.

Whereas Punjab's governance and standard of living will put people off.

The Poles going back had a lot to do with Brexit and the way that vote made them realise that even after 12 years of Polish immigration they were still  felt that they were not valued. With Brexit, those who wanted to stay in the UK had to establish residency rights which were seen as a big hassle. Also with the mass migration from Poland, the lack of professionals in Poland then meant that wages there increased at a higher rate. Also the fact that Poles who had paid tax for 12 months in the UK and who were then able to claim child benefit for their children living in Poland also created a lot of ill will towards them which although legal was seen as a scam by many goray.

If the wads of benefits that are being received by the recent crop of Sikh immigrants who lived in Italy / Greece / Bulgaria / Portugal before making their way to the UK ever became common knowledge, the outcry would be huge. These clowns actually brag to people like me how they're scamming the UK system AND the benefit system of whichever Euro country they settled in for a few years before they arrived here. They're getting money for NOTHING. It's baffling. Do the goreh authorities really think they're creating voter-bases of the future?
