WGKK WGKF Sangat ji i was just curious when i do nitnem with my best concentration and enjoy doing nitnem. What is this cool wet sensation i feel on the top left hand side of my head? It may be nothing or hopefully it means something positive by which i wmcould be further encouraged to japp more naam. Was wondering if someone could explain?

I would say you're blessed to be enjoying nitnem and feel any sensation at all because I'm still working on being able to keep focus on my nitnem. 

I remember reading somewhere that sometimes people feel sensations and its a good sign because there's an awakening process going on in your body, the positive energy you gain when meditating is beginning to flow. Kirpa!

Different people experience different things. About 5 mins into it I start feeling body shaking ever so slightly. Dont know if it physically does that or if it's something happening inside lol

Some people even people body pain. 

It feels natural to slightly rock forward and backwards aswell  when I stop it dont feel right.
