How far can brahmgyaanis or sants or such enlightened souls see into future ?

This is chilling. An event like this would literally shake the panth. 

why because harmandir Sahib was not Harmandir Sahib until 1700s and its beautification? Remember it had to rebuilt three times , only the shallow see the adornment not the amrit sarover/feel the deepness of its purity

The fact that Sri Harmandir Sahib would literally be attacked that event alone would shake the panth, as evident in the past. Regardless of the gold. The fact that the gold would have to come off, one can assume that the gurdwara must have taken a lot of damage. I'm pretty sure any Sikh would be shaken up, including yourself, both in anger and sadness if such an event were to take place.
