These 19 were arrested in a sting. This is all seems to be online grooming, however it does not say whether this a grooming gang or whether there are 19 individual cases.

Also, it states it was a sting. This could mean the police set a trap pretending to be kids in order to entrap predators. 

Predators tend to be tech savvy and they tend to be on the dark Web rather than the normal conventional Web.

Do you apne even know the dark web exists? I'm guessing these clowns were sending pics of their privates to underage girls on Insta and Snapchat. I don't think it was a sophisticated process of covering their tracks.
