dharamyudh
Supposedly this picture takes place in the year of 1701, after the formation of the Khalsa Panth. Making Guru Ji around 35. Yet, his beard looks like its trimmed/face short. While at Hazur Sahib and many other puratan depictions show Maharaj with a medium or even a big beard. I also firmly believe that dark skinned guy is also not a Sikh. He's wearing a kalgi and also got some sort of tilak. Any sign of a possible Sikh could be the two guys covered by the horses, making me think there may have been some malice intent behind it, as it was produced by a Hindu Rajput.
