Thank you Ji

What do people do if they wash kesh at that time? Use a hair dryer even if it wakes everyone else up?

i haven’t made degh before, I’ll try

Waheguru ji, I was told at my amritsanchar to do keshi everyday, I was told to throw my kesh behind me and put keski as a chunni on my head. Then do naam abhiyaas. Once you have washed your kesh, wrap them in a towel for around 10 mins (no more or they will start to smell) after that throw your kesh back and put keski over your head like a chunni. Kesh will dry within 30 mins or an hour, it depends on how heavy they are.

You can ask the granthi Singh to make degh for you when you go to maharaj for ardas. I heard in katha that a gursikh who does 5 japji sahib, does ardas to maharaj with degh, they will have their ardas saffal. Read 5 jaap sahib as well for guru maharaj kushi.

as gursikhs this is the way we deal with stuff like this, instead of going to some baba who’ll tell you to break a coconut on Monday or something lol or wear a thread.

Since starting naam abiyaas it stopped. (Now you need to read between the lines... I respect anyone doing simran, and I’m not ruining your journey by revealing too much what happens)

If a garden was full of weeds, first the weeds get killed, but then roses get planted. And when you keep watering (with amrit naam) those roses will blossom like jewels in the garden

Sometimes we only start Simran to stop bad things happening. Maybe the bad things were just an excuse to make us start simran. Dukh daroo sukh rogh bhaeiaa

I only started simran in May just before someone very close passed away which helped me quite easily accept it was their time... I’ve enjoyed simran and carried on and now I feel Waheguru is helping me realise what negative energy is around me to remove it. Now I know the truth I hope with Maharajs kirpa to only progress and never go backwards so I hope your theory is correct for me. Thank you Ji.

Yesterday I had a great sleep and good Amrit vela. I think it definitely helped that I did Kirtan Sohila facing my pillow instead of in my path room.

Not very helpful what you’re saying, because it can be terrifying this kind of stuff. There were 2 ghosts in my house when I was a kid. At night my eyes were closed but I could see them from inside, they came down the attic stairs walked through the door of my bedroom(!) came and looked at me closely. One would put their head few inches over my face and examine me a few seconds then walk off, then other would do the same. I used to take a deep breath in and not move (play dead) it was so scary. Then they went to the kitchen and I heard cutlery rattling.

That was 2004. Since starting naam abiyaas it stopped. (Now you need to read between the lines... I respect anyone doing simran, and I’m not ruining your journey by revealing too much what happens)

Agreed. Naam is more than you seem to think though. It’s Truth..it’s Gurbani applied.  You can go into samadhi just by applying gyan.

I saw demons as a child, on a regular basis. And of course it made me turn to Truth. I remember during childhood, picturing Guru Nanak  In white light whenever I felt scared, and feeling calm. No one told me to do it, it was just instinct.

Relaxing, being at peace and not falling for the BS.. ie the maya in the Khel... recognizing it for what it is, brings you to a point where you don’t fear these things anymore, for now you’re aware of the Truth. It’s all just God.

What does that have to do with his observation that doing more Naam preemptively is beneficial?

He didn't ask you if you approved of his concept of Naam.

I’m tired of your calculated targeting on here. I’ve asked you before to stop replying to my posts as you have been overly rude and aggressive on here. I won’t respond to any of your posts moving forward. Please stop replying to my posts, read gurbani and come back when you’ve understood it or you’ll always have an issue. Figure it out for yourself.
