This is some scary sh1t !     its like a zombie that takes over you head!  is the animal actually dead? but the virus is whats making it move?

Rabies causes hydrophobia so the animal goes mad from thirst. It's tragic.

It looks scary! If I saw a raccoon doing that I would go up to it!  Had no idea that your not supposed to touch it. 

In india you see stray dogs  behaving odd a lot
