There are public CIA records about MKULTRA, a CIA run project which performed mind control experience on alot of Americans and Canadians without their consent. Movies like the Bourne Identity and other programs about mind control slaves are based on this. 
 

Their techniques are allegedly used on us through television, symbolism etc. The subjects were tortured, electroshock therapy, stuck in water tanks, Russian roulette, their eyes stuck open and made to watch violent movies for hours etc. A lot of these techniques are shown being done to celebrities on music videos.

Yeah MK Ultra you talking about sleeper agents, but there are host of crop thats been going on.

Operation paperclip, where the Americans took Nazi scientists,  before they were either killed or arrested in the World War.  Hey those pesky Americans/Nazi made Nasa.

Aids/HIV was spread to Africa as well by White people. Whites created it in their labs and then spread it to Africa and then blamed them for it.
