Amritvela time

I want to know what is a good time to get up at amritvela. I'm still in highschool, which makes it difficult selecting the correct time. Any thoughts on this?

Vaheguru ji ka Khalsa Vaheguru ji ki fateh 

If I'm not wrong 12 to 6 is amritvela.About 1130 we are supposed to get up and do ishnaan.Then during amritvela we do 5 banis,2 to 3 hours of simran,Asa di vaar and if we have time other banis(E.g Sukhmani Sahib)

Edit:I just realised I did not answer the question..If I'm not wrong 3 to 4 is strongest.I heard someone say that 3 to 4 is gold,4 to 5 is silver and 5 to 6 is bronze.

Ye 1130pm the previous day so that by the time we are in a focused state we can do Amritvela from 12 to 6 without wasting time.

For me that would mean 2 and a half hours of sleep.

Yes same here I'm still in school too .I think a start would be 5 to 6 just for our 5 bani.So that we at least do the basic requirement then slowly we can upgrade ourselves.

During school days, I get up at 0530 but I don't have as much time liked on Amritvela because I'm one of those peole people that take forever in the morning, need to work on that.

I might try getting up at 0430 and go to bed at 8:30 pm

Are you amritdhari? Cause I know a few friends that are not amritdhari because of school.

I was going to take amrit this year then Covid happened,but I did receive Amrit in my last life though.And in this life one day while I was doing simran I slept and I had a very nice dream I saw Guru Gobind Singh ji and the Panj Pyare in orange bana,I received Amrit in that dream.Not sure if that is counted.
