I think the point made is he does not look like or represent Sikh in an obvious way

Sehajdhari Sikhs are those who are keshadhari but not amritdhari yet. Our Sikh institution is fighting the whole case based on that specific reason.

Forgive me Veer Ji, but isn't a Sehajdhari sikh a Sikh who does SehajPath, a Keshdhari one who keeps Kesh in addition to that and Amritdhari one who now has joined the Khalsa and taken Amrit?

A Sehajdhari Sikh is someone who is not born into a Sikh family and is slowly moving to adopt Sikhi

 

Someone born into a  Sikh family who has a haircut is a patit (or, in my world view, a Hindu)

Yeah but what is a "Sikh family"? what if all the family is mona but had Sikh ancestors?  is that a Sikh family?
