Ghoor Beadbi of SGGS in ELK GROVE GAY Wedding

Recommended Posts

This so called Sikh Priest from who runs this website has done it again. Before he use to do mainly inter-religious marriage. Now he has started to do Gay Marriages. We need to stop this and not provide people like him a saroops of Shri Guru Granth Sahib Ji. This is Ghoor Beadbi of Guru Sahib and against Akal Thakt Hukamnaama. These people need to be ostracized from the community. They are going against Akal thakt and Puratan maryada.  Can we have a constructive discussion about how to stop these types of weddings.

This is his website. https://sikhpriest.com/

So basically gay marriage AND chairs whilst in maharaj's hajoori?

This so called marriage doesn't count. It's between a male and a female. How are they going to do the part where the father of the daughter gives the palla to the son?

What is wrong with these people?

Correct me if I'm wrong:

"ਮਛੀ ਤਾਰੂ ਕਿਆ ਕਰੇ ਪੰਖੀ ਕਿਆ ਆਕਾਸੁ ॥ ਪਥਰ ਪਾਲਾ ਕਿਆ ਕਰੇ ਖੁਸਰੇ ਕਿਆ ਘਰ ਵਾਸੁ ॥ -Machee taru kya kare’ pankhi kya akaas : pathar pala kya kare’ khusrey kya ghar vaas What harm can deep water do to a fish : what obstacle can the sky put to a bird ; how can chill affect a stone ; what household can a homosexual hope to establish"

Khusra doesn't mean homosexual. It means intersex people or transgender.

Also you're grossly misinterpreting Gurbani.please stop. Read in proper context

Fair point. But sure bhaji, you agree that gay marriage is not acceptable in Sikhi?

This "preist" has been doing this for far too long now, remember watching his videos like 10 years ago aswell.

This stuff is only going to increase and get worse, this is just the beginning!

Far to many ultra liberal people within the community now. I'd say around 50% people in the community are not against this or interfaith marriages etc   so I don't think there is much the other half will be able to do.

I don't think there is a word for gays/lesbians in Punjabi. Gandoo is like a slang word that is used as an insult rather than an actual word for gays.

Older punjabis here call gays kusre. In Pubjabi gays and trans are kusre.

actually its eunach or intersex NOT Transgender (that didn't exist ever) femme gays have behaviour in common with khusre but that is the only reason that word  was used, I have heard jananarda

Idgaf this is disgusting and beadbi of maharaj. Patits have completely messed up anand karj. It should only be amritdharis. These lot have brought interfaith marriages, being drunk from last night then coming into maharaj hazoori, wearing inappropriate clothes at weddings and now this! There was once a time where only anand karj was for amritdhari, when people had respect for maharaj. I mean look at how they are sitting on chairs! No gursikh would do that. At least at takhts they have kept this maryada.

Your local rabbi will be very pleased to hear that. Shalom!

    • Can you present the actual post?  I have asked you several times to present it.  Why don't you want to present it?   Do you remember the story of the three little pigs and the wolf?  You can huff and puff all you want.  Until you present the actual post no one with an unbiased mind will take you for all your huffing and puffing.  Don't fill the room with useless air.   Also look at the story of the boy who cried wolf.  You keep crying wolf, but the wolf isn't there.  Its a person asking you to present your original post.
    • Also the Deras in Punjab. They’re like these Christian missionaries.
    • 5 paragraphs were written explaining how God is behind everything. You are all Guru’s sangat, if you get something inspirational to read, the Guru is showering his blessings himself. The story is way deeper than x user writing something. I honestly learn things myself reading back after writing.  When the mind focuses on the Guru, words can come from within. My comments were intended just like a giani finishes katha by saying anything said is the Guru’s words, for I am not worthy.  4 minutes later this troll had drawn his conclusions and replied to say I am claiming to be the Guru. 4 minutes! He is so target locked on attack mode. Maybe he could try sleeping on things and looking at it with fresh eyes in the morning! Original post was written in our mouj, a tribute to my Satguru, how much he does to help his Sikhs, to encourage you all to make Mool Mantar part of your life so you reap the benefits. Yes my Guru showed me how his pyare leave this world, they also showed how jamdoots unforgivingly beat the life out of people to drag them to hell. I have no reason for sharing such types of posts other than trying to help you, motivate you to jaap naam. I asked a Saint once, doing simran you get feeling of sarbat da bhalla, you want whole world to be liberated. They replied people haven’t got same feeling for you, they’d stab you in the back given the chance. Some people here insult me, judge me, are more interested in trying to guess who I am, speculating things.  I don’t judge any of you at all, to me you are just souls I thought let’s encourage. If I do judge you the result is why do I bother, they throw everything back in my face.  How often do you think such posts come along? In dhiyan we remembered all of you, let’s write a motivating post for them. 1 person insulting someone in dhiyan is enough for God to take everything away.
    • women need to be controlled and need the rules laid down on them or they will go uncontrollable
    • The lower castes in Punjab are asserting themselves and that is good (not in this murder but in terms of organising themselves and uplifting themselves) The missionaries source of converts is going to dry up and that could be where the conflict is coming from.
