I use to laugh at the "Gay acceptance will lead to paedophilia" fallacy. "No way," I thought. Now I'm sure it's just a matter of time.

If the "academics" and the "media" decide it needs to become mainstream, it WILL happen. This is absolute madness.

It is an unstated taboo suppressed by Western academia that a significant proportion of homosexuals are "made" via childhood sexual abuse as opposed to being born that way. I found a fascinating article a while ago about how the American Medical Profession was forced to remove (in the 70s) homosexuality as a mental illness by the... usual suspects, lol. From that moment onwards it's been a steady journey of normalisation. Doesn't take a genius to figure out we're at the very beginnings of something similar for paedophilia, especially when you have hugely influential publications airing the need to destigmatize paedophilia.

These are the cudgels they use to destroy mankind's morals. Bad times.

Like marijuana is said to be a gateway drug, something similar could be said about homosexuality.

If you allow one thing, what else could be allowed.

It's a slippery slope.

It's quite telling that a minority of the western gay boomer generation (people in their 50s and 60s) are sounding warnings to their younger counterparts to tone it down and stop this incessant pushing against hetero society. They can see the tide is turning, and that the average person is getting sick and tired of being bashed over the head with these god-forsaken sexual talking points. If they come for kids, it's going to be a bloodbath.

Well the younger gays are being supported by the media. There does not seem to be a day when there isn't some article about being gay or trans or whatever.

The other thing is the law courts where are lobby groups trying to push certain legislation and the other big pusher is the education system.

well historically greek men used to take a young boy and groom him to be a lover so they could practice  homosexual love , so the link has existed in the past in the west. And I understand it often still goes that way teens are 'guided' into the life

If you look at the Sikh "priest" in question.

He looks like those swamis that went over to U.S. in the 1960s and 1970s and started a cult.

He has those white women groupies around him.

Beware of sangats that have overwhelmingly white females. It means that "priest" is in it for the s3x. Therefore, a lot of the weird hippy stuff that drugged up free love west coast nonsense gets incorporated into it.

Homosexuality has always existed but it was hidden away and not seen on the surface like we do it nowadays. Normal people were not affected but now it’s everywhere and even children are taught about it at schools. Parents that don’t agree with this are not very happy about the exposure their children receive these days.

Like all great civilisations that succumb to degeneracy, the Greeks are no more. Bumming young boys under the guise of tutorship or however intellectuals choose to contextualise their behaviour may work in history classes, but the average man knows depravity and corruption when he sees it.

This conservative society is so FUCKED UP. You really need to leave America if you can't bear the equality that this country provided you too ( in so many ways). Tusi jithey mrzi chle jao, soch ta othe di othe hi diggi rehni. Guru granth Sahib only mentions marriage of two souls not bodies of different genders. I'm so <banned word filter activated> happy that this marriage took place!! FINALLY, some positive ray of hope for Sikh/Punjabi lgbt community. That priest that you all talkin about is so brave! Kudos to him! And, comgrats to the couple and their families.

    • yeh it's true, we shouldn't be lazy and need to learn jhatka shikaar. It doesn't help some of grew up in surrounding areas like Slough and Southall where everyone thought it was super bad for amrit dharis to eat meat, and they were following Sant babas and jathas, and instead the Singhs should have been normalising jhatka just like the recent world war soldiers did. We are trying to rectifiy this and khalsa should learn jhatka.  But I am just writing about bhog for those that are still learning rehit. As I explained, there are all these negative influences in the panth that talk against rehit, but this shouldn't deter us from taking khanda pahul, no matter what level of rehit we are!
    • How is it going to help? The link is of a Sikh hunter. Fine, but what good does that do the lazy Sikh who ate khulla maas in a restaurant? By the way, for the OP, yes, it's against rehit to eat khulla maas.
    • Yeah, Sikhs should do bhog of food they eat. But the point of bhog is to only do bhog of food which is fit to be presented to Maharaj. It's not maryada to do bhog of khulla maas and pretend it's OK to eat. It's not. Come on, bro, you should know better than to bring this Sakhi into it. Is this Sikh in the restaurant accompanied by Guru Gobind Singh ji? Is he fighting a dharam yudh? Or is he merely filling his belly with the nearest restaurant?  Please don't make a mockery of our puratan Singhs' sacrifices by comparing them to lazy Sikhs who eat khulla maas.
    • Seriously?? The Dhadi is trying to be cute. For those who didn't get it, he said: "Some say Maharaj killed bakras (goats). Some say he cut the heads of the Panj Piyaras. The truth is that they weren't goats. It was she-goats (ਬਕਰੀਆਂ). He jhatka'd she-goats. Not he-goats." Wow. This is possibly the stupidest thing I've ever heard in relation to Sikhi.
    • Instead of a 9 inch or larger kirpan, take a smaller kirpan and put it (without gatra) inside your smaller turban and tie the turban tightly. This keeps a kirpan on your person without interfering with the massage or alarming the masseuse. I'm not talking about a trinket but rather an actual small kirpan that fits in a sheath (you'll have to search to find one). As for ahem, "problems", you could get a male masseuse. I don't know where you are, but in most places there are professional masseuses who actually know what they are doing and can really relieve your muscle pains.
