Taking hukamnama history

Does anyone have any sources on the history of taking a hukamnama from guru Granth Sahib jee, any writers that have written on this or any bachans by sants?

Se Kineya mentions the maryada that sabt harnam si gh ji got from bhai buddha ji. (You can get this book online free in panjabi or english)

Also in history, we have a record of the first hukamnama when SGGS was subaiymaan (installed) at harminder sahib: Santa ke karaj aap.khaloya

And we know the 3 hukamname that came when akbar (think it was him or was it jahangir?) Ordered an investigation into the sikh faith cuz ppl complained that Sggs ji had anti muslim things in it. 

And when a brahmin came for help of the khalsa at akaal takhat hecause his daughter was kidnapped by a very powerful local ruler. The sikhs disnt have enough manpower, but when they took a hukamnama, basant ki vaar came which has a pangti: panje badhe mahabali vich aap khloa. So they decides they had to attack  and  won even with great odds.
