Really? Because it was witnessed by other cops and they didn't stop it and it keeps happening. Hence the rage. 

He was so emboldened as to do it on camera and publically. 

He's one of a long line of cops, who even if caught, suffered no real consequence for their actions and probably got an ata boy for it. Taking one for the cause. 

From what I read he's out on bail and being protected and going to be charged with less than murder in the first degree. He should get life, care to wager on his sentence?

They don't even bother to sprinkle the crack anymore and plant a weapon. 

Which they've been caught doing before because they forget to put firing pins back in and things and then say epileptic mothers having seizures shot at them first...with a gun that has no firing pin...

The list is too long and continual for "Our thoughts and feelings are with the victim" to do any good, if they even get to hear that.

Police Officers close ranks and in public have to show a united front, no matter how much they disagree. 

They are like a big gang. If one copper stops another copper it means they are disunited, and in their eyes it means that public will smell blood and sense weakness. 

I am not saying it is right but that is how it is.

I am not saying it is right but that is how it is.

No that's not their obligation at all. And the blue line is the one that is going to rip america apart. And it makes every cop in this nation complicit.

They have the training to recognize, not that any is needed, and the professional obligation to immediately stop a murder like that. Period.

Police Officers back each other up, no matter how much they disagree in private. 

They do put themselves in harms way everyday, it is like being in a band of brothers.

But no matter how bad the police are, what's the alternative? 

You will end up with militias and that is far worse.

Yeah. I worked with them in the military bro. Blue line bro. Even though they couldn't articulate why things can be done to a citizen of this country without trial that we can't do to our enemies abroad, they stand by their brother in blue. They're more committed to that than the constitution or rule of law. And it's sick and pathetic.

We all put ourselves in danger everyday. It doesn't justify racially motivated extrajudicial killings.
