Here is another example for GurjantGnostic.

The Hindus used to have rules for warfare. They were only allowed to fight when it was daytime when it was light. Once it got dark, they put down their weapons and went back to camp and then fought next day.

This did not work when the invading muslims came because they did not follow those rules. They took advantage and attacked at night.

When you come against a foe who does not follow your rules,  you are fighting at a disadvantage no matter how noble you are.

I support irregular, asymetrical and informational warfare bro. I just think it should be gone about in a way we've forgotten.

The art of politics can be even worse.

We don't have leverage and we are beholden to two belligerants and that is not in our favour.

We are stuck between a rock and a hard place.

The Pakistanis know that there are Sikh holy sites on their territory and know very well that Sikhs would run to look after these sites. They will use this to their advantage.

The act of generosity to have PGPC set up to look after Kartarpur Sahib is a big ruse because they did not have to do that in the first place because they could have given that to whatever muslim body if they chose to do so.

Imran Khan and Pakistan at this moment are big fan boys of Turkey and Erdogan and seen what they did to Hagia Sophia and turning it back into a mosque (originally a church in the East Roman Empire).

The only game we Sikhs can play in our part of Punjab is to disband the waqf board and have SGPC manage those old muslim sites.

But we know that SGPC is controlled by other shadowy orgs. Even better would be to have some radical hindu outfit to have access to those old muslim sites.

That would really put the cat among the pigeons.

I think we should start thinking that SGPC, Akal Takht are no longer with panth. They're sold out or behind them are RSS/Brahmins orgs. Neither are no politicians in Punjab or elsewhere in diaspora we are not powerful as other religious groups.

We are on our own ?

Reality of the political sphere is that you cannot really isolate yourself. You make yourself a bigger target.

We need to understand the ground realities of the situation.

What us in our interests.

The hindus themselves are not one monolith.

There are anti-Hindu hindus as well.

It could be that we may need to make alliances.

It also can be the case that these other parties will need to curry favour with us as they attempt to leverage each other.

This is the nature of politics.

You know this is dig at Sikhs when they say urdu > punjabi and calling us ganwar lool

At least Bangladeshis are proud of speaking Bengali.

Punjabi is a separate language and they mix in Urdu/Hindi words. It is also much older.

Urdu and Hindi are spoken the same.

For politics and to remain in power as PM, he knows he needs to kowtow to the Islamic hardliners, so he will play that card and put on the pious act.

Also remember being a secularist in a muslim country is not the same as being a secularist in a kaffir country. He probably very secular in front to Islamists but he would be Islamic in front of a kaffir.

A non-religious Muslim will still side with an Islamist over a kaffir.
