When to workout?

Hi, 

so I’ve been doing a quick workout first thing and then getting ready but this morning I felt so bad that I was loosing time during Amrit vela, although I’m doing paat whilst exercising. What do I do? Wake up earlier so I don’t feel guilty or should I workout afterwards? The only time I can fit it in is morning before 6:30 or after 8:30pm which is close to bedtime.
