Looked at that last year. It looked like paid placement for otherwise un noteworthy narcissists. 

Which one of the hundred is leading the fight to free Jagi, or support the farmers?

Jagiro @ number two. My goodness. Gunday or in this case Gundi cannot be in such things. Rubbish list as they just picked up the politicians or anyone they found on the google search lol.

I guess it looks more legit this year, until you see who's on there. From what I remember before the list was just people who obviously paid for placememt, which made it look fake. Now it looks fake because some of the people they padded the first page with do not deserve to be on it at all.
