important points to consider :

Pasteur got it wrong and admitted it on his deathbed : 'Bechamp was right ; the terrain is everything' in other words microrobes, viruses can DO NOTHING in the presence of a strong immune system .

AYurvedic principles tries hard to assist the awry immune system to get back into balance by diet, herbs and exercise
Chinese traditional medicine and meridian therapy  also do the same - diet herbs and exercise
Homeopathy also works on bringing immune sytem into pinpoint focus - diet , homeopathic meds and exercise

Petrochemical sponsored Chemical drugs however DO NOT their philosphy is 'removal of symptoms' is cure whether by creating opposing symptoms  , cutting out 'faulty' organs or burning with radioactive materials (leading to toxic environment in body and further disease generation). A woman having her womb cut out purely because of troubling pains/extra bleeding symptoms is extreme and should be considered last not first option as is the case in most cases. This is barbaric considering lifestyle review and changing diet, exercise levels could be enough to resume optimum function of the body again.

Please look up the history of the AMA , J D Rockefeller and the Flexner Report  and you will understand how we are at the place we are at right now . USA relied on homeopathic/naturopathic  medicine so much it was a sixty/forty split at the turn of the previous century but Rockefeller put paid to that ; interesting fact is he and his family maintained health treatment by homeopathy  (fake vs real medicine?) up until this day.

Please can you suggest a good book forto read more about it ?

As well as any book that 'exposes' modern medicine and Big Pharma

Thanks

Agenda 21 summarised

https://www.theapricity.com/forum/showthread.php?237186-agenda-21-hunger-games-nwo&p=5000044&viewfull=1#post5000044

Goal 1: End poverty in all its forms everywhere

* Translation: Centralized banks, IMF, World Bank, Fed to control all finances, digital one world currency in a cashless society

Goal 2: End hunger, achieve food security and improved nutrition and promote sustainable agriculture

* Translation: GMO

Goal 3: Ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages

* Translation: Mass vaccination, Codex Alimentarius [Blog Editor’s link]

Goal 4: Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all

* Translation: U.N. propaganda, brainwashing through compulsory education from cradle to grave

Goal 5: Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls

* Translation: Population control through forced "Family Planning"

Goal 6: Ensure availability and sustainable management of water and sanitation for all

* Translation: Privatize all water sources, don't forget to add fluoride

Goal 7: Ensure access to affordable, reliable, sustainable and modern energy for all

* Translation: Smart grid with smart meters on everything, peak pricing

Goal 8: Promote sustained, inclusive and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment and decent work for all

* Translation: TPP, free trade zones that favor megacorporate interests

Goal 9: Build resilient infrastructure, promote inclusive and sustainable industrialization and foster innovation

Translation: Toll roads, push public transit, remove free travel, environmental restrictions

Goal 10: Reduce inequality within and among countries

* Translation: Even more regional government bureaucracy like a mutant octopus

Goal 11: Make cities and human settlements inclusive, safe, resilient and sustainable

* Translation: Big brother big data surveillance state

Goal 12: Ensure sustainable consumption and production patterns

* Translation: Forced austerity

Goal 13: Take urgent action to combat climate change and its impacts

* Translation: Cap and Trade, carbon taxes/credits, footprint taxes

Goal 14: Conserve and sustainably use the oceans, seas and marine resources for sustainable development

* Translation: Environmental restrictions, control all oceans including mineral rights from ocean floors

Goal 15: Protect, restore and promote sustainable use of terrestrial ecosystems, sustainably manage forests, combat desertification, and halt and reverse land degradation and halt biodiversity loss

* Translation: More environmental restrictions, more controlling resources and mineral rights

Goal 16: Promote peaceful and inclusive societies for sustainable development, provide access to justice for all and build effective, accountable and inclusive institutions at all levels

* Translation: U.N. "peacekeeping" missions (ex 1, ex 2), the International Court of (blind) Justice, force people together via fake refugee crises and then mediate with more "U.N. peacekeeping" when tension breaks out to gain more control over a region, remove 2nd Amendment in USA

Goal 17: Strengthen the means of implementation and revitalize the global partnership for sustainable development

* Translation: Remove national sovereignty worldwide, promote globalism under the "authority" and bloated, Orwellian bureaucracy of the U.N.

The more you dig into the details, the more you realize just how insidious these "global goals" really are.

The elite want a one world government, a one world economic system and a one world religion, BUT they are not going to achieve these things by conquest. Rather, they want everyone to sign up for these new systems willingly.

The "global goals" are a template for a united world.

    • yeh it's true, we shouldn't be lazy and need to learn jhatka shikaar. It doesn't help some of grew up in surrounding areas like Slough and Southall where everyone thought it was super bad for amrit dharis to eat meat, and they were following Sant babas and jathas, and instead the Singhs should have been normalising jhatka just like the recent world war soldiers did. We are trying to rectifiy this and khalsa should learn jhatka.  But I am just writing about bhog for those that are still learning rehit. As I explained, there are all these negative influences in the panth that talk against rehit, but this shouldn't deter us from taking khanda pahul, no matter what level of rehit we are!
    • How is it going to help? The link is of a Sikh hunter. Fine, but what good does that do the lazy Sikh who ate khulla maas in a restaurant? By the way, for the OP, yes, it's against rehit to eat khulla maas.
    • Yeah, Sikhs should do bhog of food they eat. But the point of bhog is to only do bhog of food which is fit to be presented to Maharaj. It's not maryada to do bhog of khulla maas and pretend it's OK to eat. It's not. Come on, bro, you should know better than to bring this Sakhi into it. Is this Sikh in the restaurant accompanied by Guru Gobind Singh ji? Is he fighting a dharam yudh? Or is he merely filling his belly with the nearest restaurant?  Please don't make a mockery of our puratan Singhs' sacrifices by comparing them to lazy Sikhs who eat khulla maas.
    • Seriously?? The Dhadi is trying to be cute. For those who didn't get it, he said: "Some say Maharaj killed bakras (goats). Some say he cut the heads of the Panj Piyaras. The truth is that they weren't goats. It was she-goats (ਬਕਰੀਆਂ). He jhatka'd she-goats. Not he-goats." Wow. This is possibly the stupidest thing I've ever heard in relation to Sikhi.
    • Instead of a 9 inch or larger kirpan, take a smaller kirpan and put it (without gatra) inside your smaller turban and tie the turban tightly. This keeps a kirpan on your person without interfering with the massage or alarming the masseuse. I'm not talking about a trinket but rather an actual small kirpan that fits in a sheath (you'll have to search to find one). As for ahem, "problems", you could get a male masseuse. I don't know where you are, but in most places there are professional masseuses who actually know what they are doing and can really relieve your muscle pains.
