If Sikhi is spreading and these people are interested, then perhaps some Sikh group/organisations should look into this ?

Like how Sikhs have been working with the Sikligar/vanjara Sikhs. They've done some great work over the years. A Gurdwara has been built in Nepal for the Sikhs there and a Granthi Singh from Punjab stays with them and teaches bani.

I think it will be quite a challenge, especially with the language, Tamils don't even speak Hindi. But if there is interest in Sikhi among these people, then someone should do something about it.

There are a few videos of Tamil Sikh women on youtube.

there is a community of Tamil speaking sikhs from Punjab out there , just need to get them on board to help increase commincation and outreach. From what I have read Tamils are more amenable to Guru ji's message of equality and brotherhood .
