Not in South America, it is very common for women in Mexico, Argentina, Brazil etc to have children out of wedlock. No honour crimes there.

they still think of such women as loose and chiritar heen , sure they have kids out of wedlock because the guys have their dalliance then run out on them , most people still expect marriage to be the natural outcome if people are in love

I was told by a Singh that before 1984 attack on Darbar Sahib, beautiful women with revealing clothes were sent to seduce Taksali Singhs and extract information.

Maybe so but nowhere near as bad as in North Africa, Middle East and South Asia. Brown people are the most conservative people.

Must gather strength...must..heal through painful Gurbani. Lol. 

Half the reason I haven't yet is the pain I'm not quite up to facing. The other half is I've avoided anything Kaam related for some time now and while I've been very blessed with healing through Naam I'm not sure I'm ready to challenge myself like that.

If you think about it, even in 'western' countries where premarital relationships are the norm, childbirth before marriage is still not very accepted/ is thought of negatively in conservative upper -middle /upper class people. These upper class people rarely have children pre-marriage, and if they do, the parents are 'liberal' types.
