@RedopticsIt'd be interesting for you to contact groups like emergency Sikh help line and Khalsa Aid etc and see what their response time is like, what their response is, and how ultimately actually helpful it is, and whether it includes the Daswand donated by the Sangat or if it is just informational. 

You already know the temp of pub mates, why not check the temperature of the broader Sangat and local Sangat while relying just on yourself and Vaheguru Akal Purakh ultimately?

It may benefit all of us.

As far as family goes, maybe try and tell them your willing to take a covid test to prove your okay to stay with them (you can get a lateral flow test done and get the results in an hour),

Have you seen the local council for emergency housing? I'm assuming you're from the UK.

Phone up the various Sikh charity organizations. Tell them you're a Muslim who's being disturbed by his Sikh neighbours who won't stop blasting kirtan. If they seem hesitant to help, say the magic L word.

Tell them you need some LANGAR.

There'll be trucks, TV cameras, and all sorts outside your B&B as quick as a flash.
