Can Non Sikhs go to sachkhand?

Recommended Posts

Personally I beleive all the bhagats like bhagat kabir and sheikh fareed and many others who arent mentioned  in gurbani all go to Sach Khand. It's not a sikh only venue.

It's easy for ppl to manipulate a tuk of gurbani to sway it and justify their argument because gurbani is so deep and each tuk can have so many meanings. Whilst I dont have a shabad to hand I do think we need an open mind on this.

I heard someone mention an anecdote in a katha that 'Nanak Naam Jahaj Hai', gursikhs (if truly on the path I suppose) travel on the path of Nanak which is like a plane, other paths may be like travelling  that distance on foot, on a bike, in a car with many more obstacles and much longer.

Not sure if this is the right way to see it.

Also if Bhai Khaniya could see God in all , even the enemy then we perhaps cant condemn others from reaching sach Khand for being on a different path.

Those whose actions are bad are unlikely to go to Sach Khand whether sikh or not.

I don't know what the answer is as I have heard many kathavachaks say this and that but they contradict themselves. If anyone has the answer try and back it up with a shabad.

Vaheguru ji ka khalsa Vaheguru ji ki fateh

In my opinion yes.

This thread has some great discussion about it.

Bhul Chuk Maf ?

The Bhagats whose Bani is in Guru Granth Sahib ji were all Sikhs of Sri Guru Nanak Dev ji.

I don't disagree but what about Bhagat Farid Ji. He was born nearly 200 years before Guru Nanak Dev Ji. Also a couple more Bhagats had died before Guru Nanak.

Weren't they also all seen assembled with Guru Nanak Dev Ji? Or was that Guru Amar Das Ji?

Guru Amar Das? So Bhai Gurdas Ji could meet them?

according to some research by a gursikh who had the Ashirvaad of Bhai Sahib Randhir Singh ji, the Farid ji in Guru Granth Sahib ji is not the original Farid ji but someone who sat on the gaddi of original Farid Ji and was contemporary of Guru Nanak Dev Ji and used the pen name 'Farid'
