I like the concept, and I am aware of faithful animals, like apparently at Hazur Sahib there is a dog that follows Maharaji (SGGS Ji) when Maharaji being taken for Sukh asann. 

But this video in the OP just looks like a dog stretching/resting.

People makes videos here and there just to be viral. I believe that this dog has been told to stay in that position. Still interesting how he was looking at the tv at first. 

I have seen baaj coming to gurdwara sahib for darshan. Had family experience where baaj came and stayed near guru gobind singh jees picture and ate parshaad. This happened at lots of places in Punjab during late 80's.
