U r right that joot means joorha but mukatt means joorha as well.

So in this tukk jattaa joot means sabat Surat and mukatt means joorha.

Sri chand ji is doing great parchar of the most fundamental concept of sikhi of being sabat Surat.

But what about the sahki where shri chand ji laughed at Guru Ramdas Jis beard?  Guru Ramdas ji had the longest beard of all the gurus. When shri Chand ji met guru ji, shri chand ji started laughing at guru jis beard and asked him why is it so long, Guru Ramdas ji was humility personified, and he replied saying to wipe the feet of saints like you.
