Not so far.

I think in this tukk Sri chand ji is saying that one shud be sabat Surat and shud hv joorra or even dastaar on head.

What's ur interpretation of this line?

I think Jutta and Joot refer to the matted hair and joora of the rishis and sidhs

Jatajoot in Gurmat means one who does not cut hair.

U r right that joot means joorha but mukatt means joorha as well.

So in this tukk jattaa joot means sabat Surat and mukatt means joorha.

Sri chand ji is doing great parchar of the most fundamental concept of sikhi of being sabat Surat.

The jattajoot wali line actually follows the 'Nanak Shah faqir' wali line.

So basically Sri chand ji is saying:

Dress up like Guru Nanak Dev ji

Be sabat Surat

Hv joorha on head

But what about the sahki where shri chand ji laughed at Guru Ramdas Jis beard?  Guru Ramdas ji had the longest beard of all the gurus. When shri Chand ji met guru ji, shri chand ji started laughing at guru jis beard and asked him why is it so long, Guru Ramdas ji was humility personified, and he replied saying to wipe the feet of saints like you.
