I think the respect (not worship) of cows is more of a cultural thing than any thing else so I wouldn't go as far to call Namdharis just keshdhari Hindus

The footnote in the last screenshot is interesting. To my knowledge, Guru Nanak Dev ji never banned eating pigs explicitly. What's his reference for that?

They are basically that. They also do havan's and their marriage ceremony are lavan around fire.

I think lavan around a fire was commonplace before Nirankaris introduced what we have today
