If a non-Sikh Child is admitted to the Akal Academy at Baru Sahib, is he or she permitted to cut his/her hair as long as he/she is a student there?

On holidays at home maybe. Also non sikh students are allowed to wear patka, bandana type head scarf instead of turban.
