Can anyone advice what do you do in terms of nitnem as in timings when you work night shifts. 
 

when do you read your amritvela banis , and when do you read reheras sahib and Kirtan Sohila?

I try and keep Nitnem on my nights off, and do Simran and Kirtan during work in general but especially heavy during Amrit Vela. Not saying that's the answer. Just what I manage at the moment.

Ideally, we'd do Paaht in the "correct" time, but if that's not possible do it whenever it's possible for you do to your nitnem bani.
