Short-term (get rid of black magic)

Mool mantar, rakhiya (protection) shabads.  chaupai sahib, chandi di vaar, jaap sahib. Do seva of sggs ji and sangat. ARDAAS

Long term (protect against it)

Become a gurmukh (instead of living as a manmukh) i mean take amrit, keep rehit, solid Nitnem, naam abhiyas , sangat, seva. Guru will take care of his sikh

I am still dealing with some swerving energy CONSTANTLY around me, enters in my stomach, and Waheguruji knows this energy even has jorr strangely to turn off my 24/7 Sukhmani Sahib Paath audio, cold wind that cause me much sleepiness during Nitnem and has light a electrifying energy connecting me to it, when it comes in full force Waheguruji.

As a result of it, I have become weak, diseased, stressed, angry as is symptomatic of succumbing to it and this link provides some helpful tips to laugh it off, be confident, exercise and more to keep health emotionally and physically.
