Guest please help

fateh to everyone. I am an amritdhari guy married to somebody who suffers from Trichotillomania. when we first got married I wasn't aware of this issue and wasn't told. I only found out after a few months. Sikhi and rehat is very dear to me and my wife, and this has had an incredible impact on not only on our jeevan but on our relationship too. we have been married five  years now and I just cannot get her to stop pulling.

I've tried to live according to sikhi teachings the majority  of my life now I feel ashamed to even go out with her due to this problem. is there anybody out there that can help?

its had a huge impact on her own self confidence etc, I imagine nobody other than her family knew of her condition but obviously now I know so this has had a big impact on her mental health.

I just don't know what to do. I have approached some 'sants' about this but they've just shrugged it off as 'don't worry it will get better' but it just hasn't, infact it is getting worse.

Ideally I want her to stop before we have any children because this will obviously have an impact on the children when they grow up.

I have done ardas after ardas but nothing. hopefully somebody can help.

If the replacement therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy don't  work, I'd try cbds.

This part will be controversial I'm  sure, but if she's doing beadbi of kesh already, maybe she wasn't ready to keep it.  Maybe she should shave her head and recommit to growing kesh if she wants to. Sounds like she's breaking under stress.

Is her Nitnem joyful?
