Slightly different to what you asked, not specifically jap ji and on YouTube,  but finding these from Dharam seva records very enlightening,  search for them on YouTube and go to video section . They explain what the hukamnama means in Punjabi and English

I don't find it easy to understand as my Punjabi is limited, also the quality I think is not clear.

My go to in these situations is a slow recital by Giani Thakur Singh - even if he did allegedly try and kiss some janani.

Listen to SGGS academy they do good katha in simple Punjabi.

aka Mr 20 foot Shaheed Singhs,I did hear the phone recording of the janani and him

But yeah, I did manage to kanth japji sahib by listening to his broken up audio recordings of each pauri.

I hope you are not angry with me as it was not my intention to offend anyone.

I made that remark because I am privy to some information provided to me by a reputable source that has no reason to lie but I'm not at liberty to discuss it to protect those who are involved. Lets just leave it at this.
