Haumeh ceases to be when we realise that everything is in the hands of the creator…

Haumeh ceases to be when we realise that everyone and everything is like a puppet on a string…

Haumeh ceases to be when we realise that we are all actors in a movie…we just act out the part that the director instructs us to play out…

Haumeh ceases to be when we realise that the creator is the director…and the everything is the director’s stage…

The reason that it doesn’t go away, is because we haven’t allowed Prakash to take place inside us…

When we hear the attributes of the the creator, through Gurbani, then Prakash begins to take place…

First of all we need to listen to the creator's attributes…

When we start to incorporate Gurmat teachings in to our daily lives, this will result in reduction of haumeh….

Without hearing about the creator's attributes, we cannot ever lose haumeh…

Another important point to note, is that Haumeh has a very strong army. Kaam, krodh, lobh, and moh will also gang up on a person …

It is imperative to avoid kaami movies or net. …to avoid focus on kaami activities…to avoid allowing Krodh to infiltrate your mind…

These 5 evils can become 5 saints….

Turn krodh in to bir rass….

Turn kaam in to love….

Turn lobh and moh in to wanting to do selfless seva…

Turn haumeh in to pride…be proud of Sikhi…be proud of Gurmat…be proud of everything that Gurmat stands for…

Been researching up on haumai, I always thought it ment ego, but broken down it apparently means me,me or myself.

So how does one go about getting rid of thinking about myself.

I have tried but keep using i, myself etc

You can never get rid of haumai. It has it's purpose, what you shouldn't do is let it get the better of you.
