I have started doing sukhmani path sahib, for 40 days.

I have few questions.

Is it okay to have physical contact during that 40 days with partner.?

If you are both committed and love each other then theres no issue. The Gurus also lived the lives of householders. It's a good way to live as long as you aren't in attachment and you have love, respect and cherish your partner.
