They are begging no one. They are using the systems that are in place for oppressed and occupied indigenous people to prevent the annihilation of their people and secure the right for self determination. That's when it's global. We get asked. We still have to represent and base ourselves some places. 

Sikhs rose up their own states everywhere they went during Mughal Raj.
