Cow dung can be used for cooking. It ignites faster than wood and produces lot more ash which can be used for cleaning utensils.

Gobar gas plant converts cow dung into cooking gas.

Cow dung can be used in aggarbattis and can be used for cleaning non cement floor.

Hi is anyone interested in starting such a project in Punjab? I really would like to buy a small plot of land to make an old style house and a plot of land to grow own vegetables etc. Cows for milk, cow dung for fuel, ash for soap etc  I think it would be interesting if I could get lots of people involved and start a whole eco village. If anyone is genuinely interested in discussing this and working together to make a plan. Please contact me.
