Hi, I use a VPN and my location changes like 3 times sometimes (Netherlands, UK & US). I am not a troll though and I started this topic out of genuine concern. ? This is also my first account! I can provide evidence in DMs that I am who I say I am and we can even talk on the phone or whatnot!

Not sketchy at all. Ahem.

And no talking on the phone and whatnot. Paath and Rishta is your lane, stay in it.

And even if I was the kinda dude to be chatting you up, I certainly would not while you string on some dude in the Netherlands.

Hello, I too am a similar age @Jassu . I have a decent job and mainly keep to myself. I don't cut my hair and go gurdwara a fair amount. Am also looking to meet somebody. Wanna talk for a bit ? ?

Dating is a broad word, encompassing far more than the sham marriage most people represent it as.

Bro. Don't even chat up these girls. You're right back to dating Ji. Right back to pandering. Right back to all that going wrong.

Get rock solid in that Rehit and have it arranged with an equally rock solid Sighni. Everything else is just bad waiting to happen.

I might say something controversial, but if a Kaur is strict in her Rehat, she can find a rishta much more easily than a guy who's strict in his rehat, because of how demographically screwed the system is. ?‍♂️

Yeah. I hear that. Can't fix it, just be in the top 5 percent for Sharda and call it good. The rest is Har Kirpa.

If any of us was really living up to it we'd have more than one to pick from or more than one to pick.

Sucks that demographically that's true. Women, in general, and as a generaization it does not apply to those awesome Kaurs out there and on here, but yeah...women don't become loyal to groups or accept resrtictions with as much ease. And it's evidenced by the lack of Amritdhari females with Sharda and Rehit. A lot of women are blind to their ego and selfishness. Dudes too, but men are labeled with egos, no avoiding it, and these women... I'm not sure they even realize they have one and how out of control it is.

Bro. For any single Singhs actually looking maybe hit up @jkvlondon her sister was absolutely failed and leant on by a douche dude. Be a Gursikh, calm temperment, hard working, appreciative. She was the man, the woman and the whipping boy last go. So you know she's solid and deserving. Just meet her half way and don't be a complete pos. No drinking damnit. I'm watching y'all.

That's a proven Singhni with good family. That's top tier gents. You oughta form an orderly queue.

I told him the truth and said no it’s not required but I would prefer it and he said he can’t keep long hair!

! I’m so confused. :(

Belief in God is worth very little. Devotion is another matter. Rehit is another matter.

That's not the Truth I've heard. I was informed Anand Karaj is for Sikhs, and Amritdhari ones at that.

That's not confusion it's Kaam and attention seeking.

Good luck.

Try Sikhi.

    • yeh it's true, we shouldn't be lazy and need to learn jhatka shikaar. It doesn't help some of grew up in surrounding areas like Slough and Southall where everyone thought it was super bad for amrit dharis to eat meat, and they were following Sant babas and jathas, and instead the Singhs should have been normalising jhatka just like the recent world war soldiers did. We are trying to rectifiy this and khalsa should learn jhatka.  But I am just writing about bhog for those that are still learning rehit. As I explained, there are all these negative influences in the panth that talk against rehit, but this shouldn't deter us from taking khanda pahul, no matter what level of rehit we are!
    • How is it going to help? The link is of a Sikh hunter. Fine, but what good does that do the lazy Sikh who ate khulla maas in a restaurant? By the way, for the OP, yes, it's against rehit to eat khulla maas.
    • Yeah, Sikhs should do bhog of food they eat. But the point of bhog is to only do bhog of food which is fit to be presented to Maharaj. It's not maryada to do bhog of khulla maas and pretend it's OK to eat. It's not. Come on, bro, you should know better than to bring this Sakhi into it. Is this Sikh in the restaurant accompanied by Guru Gobind Singh ji? Is he fighting a dharam yudh? Or is he merely filling his belly with the nearest restaurant?  Please don't make a mockery of our puratan Singhs' sacrifices by comparing them to lazy Sikhs who eat khulla maas.
    • Seriously?? The Dhadi is trying to be cute. For those who didn't get it, he said: "Some say Maharaj killed bakras (goats). Some say he cut the heads of the Panj Piyaras. The truth is that they weren't goats. It was she-goats (ਬਕਰੀਆਂ). He jhatka'd she-goats. Not he-goats." Wow. This is possibly the stupidest thing I've ever heard in relation to Sikhi.
    • Instead of a 9 inch or larger kirpan, take a smaller kirpan and put it (without gatra) inside your smaller turban and tie the turban tightly. This keeps a kirpan on your person without interfering with the massage or alarming the masseuse. I'm not talking about a trinket but rather an actual small kirpan that fits in a sheath (you'll have to search to find one). As for ahem, "problems", you could get a male masseuse. I don't know where you are, but in most places there are professional masseuses who actually know what they are doing and can really relieve your muscle pains.
