If we look at Sikh Rehat 2 things should be noted. First, no alcohol allowed. Second, 4 kakkar are not allowed to leave the body, even for a second! 

Let's just say the Gurus decided and gave a figure. We're allowed to consume half a glass (e.g. 250ml) of beer once a week, containing no more than 5% in alc volume. And four kakkars, let's assume Dasah Patsha stated "Four can be parted from you at a distance of 1.5 meters." 

Now today, we can guess why the measurement are absolute zero. The rehat states ZERO TOLERANCE! The alcohol consumption would have been edited to "5 glass per seven days it's ok to get tipsy, Thas what Maharaj is saying" and departure from kakkar would have been "150 yards..." We Sikhs EASILY would have fooled and edited measurements!!! 

The Gurus knew this. Today our actions are evidence to my opinion. So the Guru has certainly not given us any unit of measurement as we're unworthy of it.

The biggest problem is when we start introducing Dhils to Rehit, and I’ll just say the moment we as a Panth allow Dhils to be in the Rehit, is when we become weaker as Sikhs.

Quick aside on Kakkars, since some people that don't wear Keski want to say it's not a Kakkar. 

One. Why does one keep it on them even if showering then? Sounds like a Kakkar. 

Two. And this is the big one. If you, in your selfishness, whoever you is, not you just reading, claim that Keski is not a Kakkar then anyone with a dress code can tell you to take it off and be in the right. Courts, businesses, public buildings. Keski is a protected Kakkar. Don't go saying it isn't just cause you don't want to wear one, or your lady doesn't want to wear one. 

The Rehit stays the same, we change or don't.

And bro amen. Alcohol is a clear, explicit, kurehit. How is half the Paanth drunk? You gotta give that up for Sikhi, along with your caste, race and culture. Ahem.

Technically a lot of places like airports and courts don't allow kirpans, but it is still an undeniable Kakkar.

Which is why we should not give an inch and in fact redouble our efforts to protect Kirpan. The thing about Kirpan is it's designed so you don't have to ask permission. You state what's True and then do it. ..and maybe drop it last second so you can fly, but after you record what you need to sue them.

Court? I'm not going unless I have to, so Ima try and take that Kirpan. And if they say no, then I guess I'm not going. I'd stay dead silent until I had my Kirpan and the contempt charges dropped. They can hand it to me like a taking stick, lol.
