Veerji, based on what I understand, this shabad was made by a different Bhai Gurdas, the first 40 vaars are written by Bhai Gurdas ji, the 41st vaar which includes this shabad, was written by Bhai Gurdas Singh Ji.Bhai Gurdas Singh ji lived after the times of Guru Gobind Singh Ji and after the establishment of the Khalsa Panth.More information in this article,
