Not particularly, but a quom such as ours needs these types of dangerous bandeh. Like it or not (and this will be unpopular), but these are the shaheedi-givers of the future when they've exhausted themselves of their criminal indulgences.

But they are promoting destructive habits in the society and they even kill each other. They dont even follow sikhi .

Eventually these types of guys mellow with age. Then they find God. Although maybe that no longer happens, and there's no path to salvation for them because they're too far gone? It was quite common when I was growing up.

What I'm saying is these men are a necessary evil.

I think it’s the opposite way around, people who grow-up in extremely religious homes but don’t build love of god turn into gang activities. (Lots of Punjabi gangsters come from loving Gurusikh families).
