Depends how you grow up around sikhi. If the kid is being forced into it, and hates it, and does it only cause of their parents, then there's no way that they are going to be into sikhi as adults. But, if the kid's parents encourages them, and the kid finds ways to enjoy it, and does things in their own time and finds the love for waheguru, especially when they're older, then the kid is definelty going to be a sikh as an adult.

I agree with this. Even if you forget capitalising anything else, at least capitalise Sikhi. Shows respect (as well as evidence of enough intelligence that you can understand basic grammar - which I know is frequently a big struggle for our canuck brothers and sisters.....) lol

There’s no capitals in Panjabi script (or most other languages)

If they're writing in Gurmukhi I won't have anything to say. The forked tongues use capitals.
