In a 28-minute interview to Karan Thapar for The Wire, Dr. Stanton said that although his organization, Genocide Watch, does not rank countries, the US Holocaust Memorial Museum believes that, after Pakistan, India is the second most likely country for a genocide to happen.

In the interview to The Wire, Dr. Stanton said “the early warning signs of (genocide) are present in India.” Referring to Genocide Watch’s ’10 stages of genocide’, he said several of them had been fulfilled in India.

The ones he identified are classification (distinguishing between people as us and them and othering them), symbolization (identifying people by the clothes they wear or calling them abba jaan), discrimination (the Citizenship Amendment Act), dehumanization (calling them termites and telling them to go to Pakistan) and polarization (accusing them of love jihad and discriminatory laws against inter-marriage).

On top of all this, he said there have been actual calls for genocide which, he added, is akin to genocide under the Genocide Convention to which India is a signatory.

Stayed grouped and armed with a good idea of which way is north. And where the water flows. If we stay grouped enough their numbers do nothing as they bottle neck and just provide a target rich environment. It's not about numbers. It's about critical masses.

An important phase in victimization is the interview. Many types of threats, display, intimidation, verbal abuse, innappropriate commands are used to see the effect on the victims system, body language. If the victim cowers, it's permission for the pack to attack unhindered. If the victim aggresses the attacker must respond to salvage their position in their group controlled by weak power dynamics and fear, or selfish preservation. If the victim does not display fear or out of control anger, well they aren't a victim. And if a cheap predator wants to live to lie about their misdeeds they best find another prey.

If you shoot into a mob there is no missing. If you set a mob on fire there is no missing. Most lynch mobs only function because they feel there is no threat of consequences immediate or otherwise. If you guarantee they pay, they won't play.

Be doing shadow training in your house. Know the distances the angles. Play through scenarios. Start armed. Start other scenarios unarmed and get armed, using improvised weaponry to fight to your own cache or into posession of the enemies weapon. Have some scenarios be escapes others holding actions. If firearms are illegal build a bow. If they aren't illegal get one. All it takes is one rifle in the right hands to arm a whole group with the proceeds. 

Think about what positions favor Kirpan. Those that eliminate the advantage of firearms.

Protocols must be in place for rally points. Each neighborhood must rally, and then in force set off to a Gurudwara or Bunga with water. 

They then shelter in place while security forces do their thing on the move. 

If your house is getting shot up, use the thick profile of walls to provide cover and be below the splinter line which is an imaginary line three feet high, above which all hell breaks loose. 

Have multiple escape routes planned for if they burn you out and you have to cut through their circle and keep going.

Parting thought. Once the majority are shelter in place. The mobile and war minded should conduct counter attacks on high profile targets to distract resources from the fray. They can't all be messing your hood up when they're rushing home and back to base because they don't know where the woe is about to find them.
