Amritdhari & Massage

So I'm going to the gym and i've found my body is stiff and sore especially the shoulders. As a Amritdhari, are we allowed to have a massage? If we are, I'm confused on how they will react with the kirpan. Not sure what to do on this.

UK. There is one who does Massage but it's a female

As long as it's a professional one and not one that concludes with a 'happy ending'.......

I had similar issues to you. Try an osteopath (find a registered one), it can hurt though! lol

If you find an asian one they'll be less shocked at the kirpaan etc.

But what's wrong in? We know we have to control.... gender isn't an issue no?

Instead of a 9 inch or larger kirpan, take a smaller kirpan and put it (without gatra) inside your smaller turban and tie the turban tightly. This keeps a kirpan on your person without interfering with the massage or alarming the masseuse. I'm not talking about a trinket but rather an actual small kirpan that fits in a sheath (you'll have to search to find one).

As for ahem, "problems", you could get a male masseuse.

I don't know where you are, but in most places there are professional masseuses who actually know what they are doing and can really relieve your muscle pains.
