Sibling issue

Hi

My brother is smoking in the house constantly he doesnt listen my mom has mental issue and he stole 25k from her account and as well as sells drugs. Cops came to the house numerous times but he gets away by lying or telling on his friends however he is terrified of going to jail since he has run out of ways to get himself out. 

I'm sick of his actions and I already told crime stoppers without any help from them. I have the public guardian trustee involved that have taken action against him stopping him from financially abuse my mother and taking legal action to get her money back.

But what can I do to stop his behavior i don't have a relationship with him at all I prefer to not see him again in the future. My cousins etc do not speak to him and suggested to kick him out of the house because he has never face consequences for his actions as a kid and my dad protected him when he was at fault. 

He is doing an injustice and hurting our community what should be my next step ?

everyone has a button which needs pushing. you telling your sibling to act in a civil manner clearly not working, dont waste your time on that any longer. Find his button and work on that, what will scare him into showing more respect and changing his ways.....think out the box! good luck

What country? We can go clean out his inventory a few times. He'll be unable to reup and owe people money. 

We can hand it off to the cops or local hoods and do some Parchar while we're at it. If it's Sukha, I'm keeping it, lol.
