Can this be a sikh ?

I think it needs to be seen in context. I'm increasingly beginning to believe a lot of people were disillusioned at how masses of Sikhs became proxies and subordinate to the british empire machine, and sought to form alliances and larger groups to counter this. I think also, this successful manipulation of masses of Sikhs by brits during colonisation (which essentially rendered them useless for fighting against colonialism) also probably led Bhagat Singh to take the route he did?
