Indians are very nepotistic

Hey guys, I just noticed how nepotistic Indians really are. For example I work at a hospital and theres this Indian doctor who always brings me free food literally and asks me if I want anything and he told me I could work under him at the hospital for even more money. But he ignored my co-workers. He is not Sikh, idk what he is but his last name is Hirani. 

I don't find Sikhs as nepotistic, but we definitely prefer our own. I wish Sikhs could help other Sikhs prosper.

Nepotism means favouring your family (literally nephew hence nepo), so I don't think your example qualifies as nepotism maybe?  

Also, at your age, if you're being lulloo about why men might 'court' certain women over other people, you'll end up in trouble sooner or later.
